Private Mindfulness Sessions // Ages 6+
Private Mindfulness Sessions are uniquely designed for children ages 6+ who are struggling with emotional regulation. Through an intentionally crafted curriculum, children learn the basics of brain science and sensory processing as well as mindfulness-based tools for emotional wellness and stress management.
Each session is 45 minutes and explores a collection of storytelling, art, sensory experiences, journaling and breathwork. A follow-up email is sent to you each week on how to incorporate your child's new skills at home.
Sessions are scheduled six weeks at at time. At the end of each six weeks, we'll review progress and discuss if the next set of sessions are needed. Sessions are scheduled Tuesdays - Thursdays 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., depending on availability. Once you have purchased the package, I will follow up to arrange your schedule.
